Luna Wellness still bills insurance through Moda, Blue Cross Blue Shield and OHP Care Oregon when we are in-network with your plan. However, we do not relay individual insurance benefits before your appointment.

Insurance coverage varies widely between plans. Patients are responsible for contacting their insurance provider to understand their benefits and for any portion of services not covered by insurance.

We are currently not accepting new OHP Massage clients at this time. Only Acupuncture

All new insurance appointments are required to have their cards/info uploaded at a minimum of 2 business days before your appointment. Your appointment may be canceled if we do not have this information ahead of time.

*Insurance-covered massages must be booked under “Medical Massage” and often require a referral. If at your appointment, we see a referral letter is required, the full amount will be due at the appointment. Please note we cannot accept referrals from your midwife.

We have up to a $100 No show or late cancellation policy. If something comes up, please let us know as soon as you can. We understand little ones get sick, you may go into labor, and life happens. We have expectations to this policy, but we require a card on file to hold your appointment, and though exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis, they are subject to the discretion of the office and automatically charged to the card on file.
