As of April 1st, 2025 we will have moved locations and our new address is 2106 NE 47th AVE in Portland Oregon 97213. (appointments scheduled before this will be at the 3821 NE MLK location)

Luna is in network with Regence BCBS, Anthem, Providence, and Moda. If you would like to use your insurance, please upload your cards when prompted via our intake form. (Will be sent here shortly.) We are happy to check your benefits on your behalf, assuming we receive your cards and info at least 36 business hours before your appointment.

This is a courtesy and does require an appointment to be booked. It is NOT a guarantee of coverage and/or payment from your insurance carrier and is ultimately your responsibility to know and understand your own coverage. We are not always able to relay your insurance benefits before your appointment so we encourage you to call your insurance and also understand your benefits as you are ultimately responsible for the balance from your appointment.

Stand alone Massages using insurance must be booked under Medical massage Please call if you have questions.

Current Chiropractic patients may book a massage with LMT Randee Rust ON THE SAME DAY as your chiropractic follow up appointment, we are able to bill these appointments under Chiropractic when it is done like this.

We have a $100 No show or late cancellation policy. If something comes up, please let us know as soon as you can. We understand little ones get sick, you may go into labor, and life happens. We have expectations to this policy but we require a card on file to hold your appointment. Exceptions are made on a case to case basis and subject to the discretion of the office.
