Lee Rust has been practicing massage since 2009 after graduating from the Oregon School of Massage. Catering to the needs of her client, she draws from a variety of modalities such as, Swedish, Shiatsu,deep tissue, Lymphatic, pregnancy, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, Reiki, cupping, Gua sha, passive stretching and more. She worked in a variety of spa related settings as well as ran her own private practice. Additionally, she worked for 10 years providing injury care at a chiropractor’s office for people recovering from acute whiplash or other injury to full or manageable recovery. She has a understanding of kinesiology (study of momement), the analysis of a car accident and how whiplash affects the entire spine not just the cervical vertebra.

My approach is attentive, adaptive, and built on safety, whether my clients are navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or seeking overall balance in other stages of their reproductive lives.
