Lee Rust has been practicing massage since 2009 after graduating from the Oregon School of Massage. Catering to the needs of her client, she draws from a variety of modalities such as, Swedish, Shiatsu,deep tissue, Lymphatic, pregnancy, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, Reiki, cupping, Gua sha, passive stretching and more. She worked in a variety of spa related settings as well as ran her own private practice. Additionally, she worked for 10 years providing injury care at a chiropractor’s office for people recovering from acute whiplash or other injury to full or manageable recovery. She has a understanding of kinesiology (study of momement), the analysis of a car accident and how whiplash affects the entire spine not just the cervical vertebra.
Her approach to massage and life in general is to meet people where they are. She believes that to be a healer means to create space and the right nurturing conditions and build that trusting rapport from the first session you have with her.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Alex received her B.S. in Psychology at the University of New Mexico where she was involved in the cheerleader squad which fired up her love of an active life style. She moved to Portland in 2019 to continue her studies where she completed her B.S. in human biology, M.S. in sports medicine, and doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States. Along with school, she completed a 200-hr yoga teacher training and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
She has been weightlifting for over 10 years and competed in a couple powerlifting competitions. She is a former competitive snowboarder and loves to stay active.
Her passion for health, fitness, and helping others greatly influences her treatment style.
